Running more than one business
The term above covers one company. If you run a second, it gets its own set of records, kept completely separate from the first, and is charged at a lower rate.

How long is the free trial and what is included?
Three days, with every module that is available on the paid plans. Nothing is held back during the trial and no card is needed to start it.
Is there a month to month plan?
The rate is Rs 2,500 a month, but it is paid up front for a full term rather than billed monthly. You choose either a six month term at Rs 15,000 or a twelve month term at Rs 25,000.
How much does the twelve month term actually save?
Twelve months at the standard rate would be Rs 30,000. The twelve month term is Rs 25,000, so you save Rs 5,000, which works out to an effective Rs 2,083 a month.
Is the price per user?
No. It is one rate for your account, with every module included and no per seat charge. Add the people who work in your business without the bill changing, and a person who works across two of your companies is still one user.
I run two businesses. Do I pay twice?
No. The term covers one company, and each additional company is Rs 6,500 for six months or Rs 10,000 for twelve, whichever term you are on. Every extra company is the same reduced rate however many you add. Add one mid term and you are charged only for the days left, so it ends on your existing renewal date and the whole account renews together as one amount. Add one on the day you sign up and you pay the full additional-company rate, because the whole term is still ahead of you.
Can I stop paying for one company but keep the other?
Yes. Mark it to close at renewal from the billing screen and the renewal amount drops accordingly. It keeps working until the renewal date, and you can export everything before then.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. All payments are final and non refundable, and the price is set on that basis. This is why the trial exists: use the three days to decide before you pay anything.

Do the prices include GST?
Taxes are shown at the point of purchase before you pay. If you need the invoice raised against your GSTIN, enter it during sign up and it will appear on the invoice we issue for our own fees.
